Corrections come first
Every price and rule on this site carries the date it was checked. If one has changed since, or was wrong when published, that is worth knowing. Say which page and which figure, and it gets checked against the source and corrected on the page itself — with a new date, not a quiet edit.
That matters more here than on most sites. E8 moves its promotional percentages, retires products, and rebuilt its entire account line around SimFi. A page that was accurate in September can be wrong by November, and the only way a reader can tell is if the date is honest and the corrections are visible.
What this site can help with
- A figure that no longer matches E8’s configurator or help centre. Include the current value and where you saw it if you can — that turns a correction from a round trip into a two-minute edit.
- A rule that has changed since the date shown on the page.
- A product not covered, or covered incompletely. E8 Signature prices and the futures products on E8’s separate domain are both known gaps, named as gaps on the pages themselves.
- A factual error of any size. Including small ones. A wrong decimal place in a drawdown figure is exactly the kind of thing that survives for years because nobody bothers to report it.
What it cannot help with
Account problems have to go to E8. This site has no relationship with the firm, no access to any account, and no ability to influence a payout decision, a rule breach, or a support ticket. E8’s own help centre and its Discord are the routes for those, and going through a third-party review site will only cost you time.
Payout processor problems go to the processor. If WorkMarket, Rise or Aeropay will not onboard you, that is a KYC decision made by that company under its own rules. E8 states plainly that it cannot pay traders who cannot onboard. Neither E8 nor this site can override it.
No trading advice. Which account to buy, whether to trade at all, and how much to risk are decisions about your own money and your own circumstances. This site publishes verifiable facts about one firm so that decision can be made on better information. It does not make it for you, and anyone who offers to is selling something.
On corrections this site has already made
Where a figure could not be verified, the pages say so rather than filling the gap — E8 Signature’s prices are the clearest example. Where E8’s own documentation contradicts itself, both versions are shown and the more conservative reading is used. Where a serious allegation exists against the firm, the verifiable part is separated from the unverifiable part.
